Painting the Human Figure

Class Description

The Human Figure painting classes will focus on analyzing the underlying structure of the human form in terms of mass, planes and forms. Either in Alla Prima or Grisaille painting, you will develop a working methodology for understanding the structural landmarks of the human form. Colour mixing and paint application will also be studied as to achieve a realistic human figure painting.
